The focus of the program is on experienced paper general contractors that subcontract 85% or more of their work.

## Submission Requirements:

- Acord 125, 126 & 131 Applications
- SGC Program Application
- 5 Years Currently Valued Loss Runs
- 2 Recently Executed Subcontractor Agreements
- 2 Acceptable Subcontractor COIs
- Detailed Work on Hand

## Premium Requirements:

- $30K MP—NYC 5 Boroughs
- $17.5K MP—NY State Excluding NYC 5 Boroughs
- $7.5K MP—Outside NY State
